By day, a plant nursery. By night, Botanico.
The plants stay
where they are.
Before Botanico there was, and still is, the Agriverde nursery. Since 1980, here in Salerno, plants and flowers have been grown: hands in the soil, greenhouses opening at dawn, seasons counted by what is in bloom.
In 2021 the nursery made an unusual choice: not to change trade, but to add one. By day, the growing goes on. When the sun goes down, the inside of the greenhouse lights up and begins a parallel life of tables, glasses and people meeting among the leaves.
Then we looked higher. Above the greenhouse came the Botanico Terrace, Salerno’s first rooftop: a hanging garden where aperitivo arrives with the sunset and the night is in no hurry to end.
The plants stay where they are. It is the evening that changes around them.

to today.

1980The Agriverde nursery is born. Forty years of plants, flowers and greenhouses in Salerno.

The greenhouse opens in the evening too: the nursery keeps growing and, alongside it, Botanico is born.

By day we grow, by night we toast. And above the greenhouse is the Botanico Terrace, Salerno’s first rooftop.
